Helix is your company's account for Claude. It gives Claude a set of company tools plus your own private memory, a shared knowledge pool, ready-made skills, personal file storage, and web apps Claude can build for you - all governed by what an administrator has granted your account. Everything here is scoped to you: your private notes stay private, and you only ever see the tools your groups allow.

In Claude, add the Helix connector and sign in with your company account. Once you're connected, Claude can use whatever your account can reach - no extra setup.

If Claude says you're connected but no tools are available yet, your account is waiting for an administrator to grant it a group - that's what "pending" means. Your tools appear automatically once you're granted access; you won't need to reconnect or sign in again. Not sure who to ask? Tell Claude something like "request access to Helix" and it will pass the request to the team for you.

Your private notes - preferences, ongoing work, reminders. Only you can see them. The easiest way to add one is to tell Claude mid-conversation: say "remember that I..." and Claude saves it for you. Here you can edit or delete a note, or Share one to the company knowledge pool when it turns out to be useful to everyone - sharing moves it out of your private memory and publishes it under your name. The tab also shows your working set: Claude searches the notes you have touched most recently, and older ones past that point are dormant - still yours, just out of search until you edit one.

Ready-made instruction bundles for Claude, granted to your groups by an administrator. The easiest way to use one is to ask Claude to install it - it finds and fetches skills for you. You can also download a skill's files here to place them yourself. Got a workflow worth sharing? Write a skill or upload a SKILL.md or ZIP bundle here - it goes to an administrator for approval, and stays yours to edit or withdraw until then.

Your own private storage space on the Helix server. Upload files here and download, rename, or delete them anytime - the meter shows your quota, which an administrator can raise. These files are yours alone: they live on this page and aren't shared with anyone.

Web apps Claude builds for you - a live dashboard or a small tool - hosted on Helix at a private link. Just ask: "build me a Helix app that shows..." and Claude creates it, then revises it whenever you like. Manage each one here: open it, copy its link, or delete it. Claude keeps a running set of backups as it revises an app, so undo isn't limited to the last change - you can roll back to any recent version, and restoring one is itself reversible. One thing to keep in mind before you share a link - an app reads data with your access, so anyone you give it to sees everything the app shows. Share it only with people you'd show that data to. Every app also carries a standing notice while you're using it: apps are experimental and can break or change, and any data they show is pulled from live company systems, so treat it as a starting point and verify anything you act on.

The index of apps colleagues have published - browse it, search it, and open anything that looks useful. Your own apps stay off it until you publish them: an unpublished app isn't listed anywhere, though its link still works for anyone signed in who has it, so it's obscure rather than private. To list one, tell Claude "publish my app to the company apps index" (it needs a name and a description) or use Publish on My apps - and unpublish just as easily. Each app shows its version, which counts up every time Claude changes its files.

One place for everything you'd like to tell the Helix team - a bug, general feedback, a new feature, a change to something that already exists, or a request for access. Just tell Claude: "that didn't work right, please file a bug", "I'd love it if Helix could...", "can we change how...", or "I need access to...", and it sends it along for you. We genuinely want to hear all of it - the more you share, the better Helix gets. Track your requests here across the Open and Closed tabs, read any notes an admin adds, and close one yourself with a comment if it no longer applies.

Just ask Claude "what's on the Helix roadmap?" and it reads the list back to you - or browse it here: work the Helix team has accepted and plans to do, each item showing a status chip (Planned, In progress, or Done). It's not a promise of dates, just what's on the list. If something here started as a request you filed, it's marked "From your request".

Ask Claude "what do I have access to in Helix?" and it tells you directly - or see the same read-only picture here: your groups, every tool granted to you, and whether memory, knowledge, and skills are switched on. Curious what a tool does? Use Test for a ready-made prompt to try in Claude. If something you need is missing, tell Claude "request access to..." and it sends the request along for you, or ask an administrator directly - access itself is always granted through groups by an administrator.
